Chili Lime Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 serrano (or jalapeño) pepper, seeded and finely diced
Zest of half a lime
½ tsp salt
1 egg
Coconut oil

Method:
Put the ground turkey in a large mixing bowl and add the garlic, scallions, serrano (or jalapeño) pepper, lime zest, salt and the egg.
Mix ingredients together well. Form into four large patties.
Grill burgers either on the BBQ, or in a frypan. If using a frypan, grease with coconut oil. Cook until no longer pink inside.
Top with some avocado slices or salsa, and serve in a lettuce wrap.

Makes 4 servings; count each as 3 proteins.
