Sausage, Egg and Avocado Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:
2 large turkey sausages, sliced
4 eggs, hard boiled, peeled and cut into quarters
1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp red onion, chopped
½ avocado, diced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Juice of 1 lemon

Method:
Cook the sausage according to the package instructions. After they have cooked through, set them aside on a paper towel.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a large spoon until the egg yolks and avocado start to create a creamy texture.
Serve and enjoy!
