Protein Waffles/Pancakes

Gluten Free, Grain free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free!
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 large spotted banana (make sure the banana is really ripe for a sweet flavored waffle)
? C blanched almonds
¼ C unflavored protein powder
¼ tsp vanilla
Method:
? Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
? Heat waffle iron or frying pan and grease it with coconut or olive oil.
? Pour the batter!

Note: The oiling is very important when making waffles. As there is no oil in the mixture it will stick to your waffle iron unless you oil it!
Makes 2 servings; count each serving as 2 proteins, 1 fruit and 2 fats
