Crock Pot Blade Roast

Enjoy this one-step meal with your favourite veggies!

Ingredients:
• 3lbs boneless Roast of Beef (or other meat)
• 2 cans reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
• 1 package Lipton onion soup
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 cans of mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Place all ingredients, except the yogurt, into crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove meat and stir in yogurt. Serve meat with ½ cup of sauce.
Makes 12 servings.
Each serving of meat counts as 3 proteins. Each serving of sauce counts as 1 carb.
