Layered Salad to Go

This is an excellent make-ahead salad - without the lettuce it will stay crisp and fresh!

Ingredients

1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli slaw
1 can salmon (or tuna)
½ container grape tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp light Italian dressing

Directions

In an appropriately sized container, layer the celery, carrot, green onion, broccoli slaw, salmon (or tuna), and grape tomatoes. Drizzle the dressing over the top. Chill until ready to pack into a lunch bag.

When you are ready- pack a lunch or cooler bag with a cold source. When ready to eat, give container a shake to fully dress the salad.
