Fresh Watermelon Salad

This refreshing salad goes well with grilled chicken, meat, fish or Portobello mushrooms.Ingredients6 cups mixed salad greens3 cups cubed watermelon½ cup sliced onion1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil2 tablespoons balsamic vinegarCracked black pepper to tastePreparationIn a large bowl, place the salad greens, watermelon, onion and feta cheese and mix to combine.
