Pickled Eggs
In need of a quick protein snack? Why not grab one of these old favourites!
Ingredients
• 6 eggs, hard-boiled
• 1 cup white vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp white pepper
• 3 whole cloves
• ½ tsp mustard seed
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tsp onion salt
Directions
1. Place all ingredients (except eggs) in a large jar with a well-fitted lid.
2. Shake well.
3. Add eggs and refrigerate, tightly covered, for at least 6 hours. The marinade can be reused until it loses strength.
