Banana Berry Wake-up Shake

This shake is delicious in the morning or as a snack any time of the day!

Ingredients

1 banana
1 cup fresh or frozen berries (any combination)
1 cup milk or vanilla-flavoured soy beverage
3/4 cup lower-fat yogurt (any flavour that complements berries)

Instructions

In a blender liquefy fruit with a small amount of milk
Add remaining milk and yogurt
Blend until smooth
If too thick, add extra milk

Notes

Makes 2 servings. Each serving counts as 2 fruit (group 4) and 1 milk (group 1)
