Bircher-Muesli

It is an excellent way to start the day as it includes dairy products that provide protein and calcium (milk & yogurt), good carbohydrates (oatmeal & fruits) and good fats (nuts). It is easy to prepare and can provide you with breakfast for several days. It makes you feel full and tastes good too!
