Blueberry Smoothie
A delicious berry shake!
Ingredients
• 1 cup blueberries
• 8 oz. fat-free artificially sweetened blueberry yogurt
• Sugar substitute equivalent to 2 teaspoons sugar
• 3 cups ice cubes
Directions
1) Place blueberries and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
2) Add sugar substitute and ice and blend until thick.
Exchanges
Recipe makes 2 servings.
Count 1 serving as ½ fruit (group 4) and 1 dairy (group 1)*
* If you wish, you may count this smoothie as 1 serving of protein instead of 1 serving of dairy.
