This week, I posted a video on our Facebook page which you can see using this link.I talk about doing something daily that brings you joy, whatever that may look like. Especially now, during these uncertain times, it's important we make little things a priority that will keep us grounded and keep our perspectives positive; even if it's just for a few minutes a day.We are inspired daily by our patients and their continued strategies to keep healthy during this time. We are continuing to meet with patients via Medeo (virtual) or telephone for ongoing nutritional, motivational and health support. We have been meeting new patients remotely and setting them up on programs to embark on their own personal health journeys in the midst of social distancing! We are so moved by your commitment to health. Today we include a recipe to use leftover ham (or any meat) combined with eggs for a delicious baked dish.Our thoughts are with you all.
