Sticky Cinnamon Roll Chia Pudding
Chia seeds can be found in health food stores. They are black in color and they have a mild, nutty flavor. When they are mixed with a liquid they form a gel, so they are perfect in this low carb pudding!
Chia seeds can be eaten raw or cooked, and added to yogurt and smoothies.
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp protein powder
1 C coconut milk
1 Tbsp sweetener (if desired)
The flavor options for this pudding are endless, you could add cocoa powder for a chocolate pudding, or play with different spices to change up the taste.
Method:
• Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
• Pour into 4 small bowls or ramekins.
• Refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight to form a pudding consistency.
• Enjoy!
