Cilantro Tuna Salad with Avocado
1 170-g can of tuna in water, drained.
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
½ tsp Franks RedHot sauce, divided
1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add tuna, mayo, cilantro and ¼ tsp of hot sauce. Mix well. Divide avocado halves between two plates. Top each with ½ cup of tuna salad. Drizzle each with remaining hot sauce.
