California Salsa Thighs

A delicious and easy way to prepare chicken!

Ingredients:
½ C orange juice
½ C salsa
1 tbsp soy sauce
8 skinless chicken thighs

Directions:
• Preheat oven to 425F.
• In a casserole dish, stir orange juice with salsa and soy sauce.
• Add chicken and turn several times to coat with mixture.
• Bake uncovered in centre of oven, turning chicken every 10 minutes until it is dark and golden brown, about 30 – 40 minutes. If chicken is browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
• Serve!

Count each thigh as 1 protein.
