Grilled Fresh Salsa Chicken

4 small boneless chicken breasts (450g)
1/3 cup low calorie Italian dressing, divided
1 tomato, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1 tsp lime zest
2 tsp lime juice
• Heat barbeque to medium-high heat. Grill chicken 5 – 7 minutes on each side until done brushing occasionally with ¼ cup of the dressing.
• Meanwhile combine remaining dressing with remaining ingredients.
• Serve chicken topped with salsa.
Makes 4 servings – count each serving as 2 protein.
