Tzatziki

Delicious as a dip for grilled meat and vegetables!

Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yoghurt
¾ cup peeled, seeded and finely chopped English cucumber
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp minced fresh dill
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp granulated sugar, or a small amount of sweetener
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Makes about 2 cups; count a ¼ cup serving as 1/2 dairy
