Grilled Zucchini with Herbs and Parmesan

Ingredients:
4 medium zucchini
1 tbsp herb or garlic paste
½ C freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
Method:
Heat barbeque to medium high. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into 4 or 5 slices each. Brush one side of each slice with herb or garlic paste, or simply spray with Pam. Grill for up to 4 minutes per side until lightly charred. Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and chives and serve!
