Quick Slaw

This is a great easy side to serve with your summer meals!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp warm water
1 tbsp cider vinegar
¼ C chopped onions
2 C shredded cabbage
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:
• Mix the mayonnaise, water and vinegar in a medium sized bowl.
• Add the onion and shredded cabbage. Mix well.
• Add salt and pepper to taste and mix again.

Exchanges:
Makes 2 servings; count each serving as 2 fats.
