Asian-Inspired Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients:
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 2 cups sliced mushrooms
• 2 cups sliced celery
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 3 tablespoons soya sauce
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
Directions:
1) Brown beef in a frying pan and drain excess fat. Add onions, celery and mushrooms and cook until they become tender. Add mushroom soup and the rest of the ingredients.
2) Place mixture in a casserole dish or 9x13-inch pan.
3) Bake in 350-degree oven for 35 minutes.

Makes 4 servings. Count each serving as 3 protein (group 6) and 1 dairy (group 1).
