Easy Bran Muffins

Very delicious and filling muffins!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup All Bran cereal
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries (optional)
  • 1 scoop (2 tsp) protein powder (optional)

Cooking Instructions

1.) Mix milk and egg.
2.) Mix cereal, cinnamon, and baking powder.
3.) Combine liquids with dry ingredients.
4.) Let sit 20 minutes (I sometimes mix the night before and leave in the refrigerator), this is important in order to allow the All Bran to soften and absorb the milk.
5.) Spray 2 individual custard cups (or microwavable cupcake molds) with Pam.
6.) Divide batter between cups.
7.) Microwave 2 minutes 25 seconds (times might vary with different microwave ovens).
